Cancellations & Non-Attendance

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice using my mobile number or email. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee:

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at £50

• Missed appointments, or those cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice from the time of your appointment, will be charged at the full rate

 

For cancellation fees, an invoice will be provided by email to be paid by BACS transfer within one week of the missed appointment. Fees must be paid before further services can be offered.
